Returning Student-Athlete Registration (Click image below) First-Time Ever Student-Athlete Registration (Click image below)

IMPORTANT: You are only registered once ALL steps are completed.

Step 1: A physical examination taken April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years. A physical examination taken prior to April 1 is valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following school year.  A current Physical Examination Form must be on file with the Athletic Department.

Step 2: Complete the registration online with the student-athlete and parent together by registering with the student-athlete's ID (a student's ID can be found on Skyward or it is the beginning part of the student's email address or it is the student's lunch number). Fill out mandatory student and parent information, read and acknowledge the Athletic Code, WIAA Eligibility, Concussion information, etc.

Step 3: The Husky Athletic Department verifies the physical examination is valid after the registration information is submitted and a physical is uploaded (you may take a picture of both sides of the physical form and upload that way or you may scan into a PDF).

Step 4: The family receives an email to confirm registration is complete.

Additional Information to Know

Physical Examination

Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the athletic office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Athletic Office no later than three school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Here are some recommended clinics should you need to schedule a physical exam.

Payment

Athletic payments can be made online through your family's Skyward account. For some student-athletes, the payment may not be posted on the account until the week of the athletic season starting. Payment must be made at the start of the season for your student-athlete to be eligible to compete.
